Your site and domain run with our providers, with a security certificate. We keep an eye on whether anything goes wrong and fix it as quickly as possible.

From reliable hosting and automatic backups to updates, your domain name and email: we manage your website in one place. You pay a fixed amount per month or per year, depending on the package that suits you. You can cancel with one month's notice.

Updates and security
We run the security updates, not you. They go onto a test version of your site first; if something goes wrong, your visitors never notice.
Backups
So there is always a version to fall back on. Weekly on Basic, every day on Business: the package decides how far back you can go.
Hack and malware guarantee
If something we manage gets infected, we clean it up and restore it, at no charge. Anything you cause yourself, or passwords you give to someone else, fall outside it.
Small changes
Changing a line of text, replacing a photo, updating your opening hours: we do those. How many a month depends on your package, and they do not roll over.
Your domain name and email
We handle included registrations and transfers at no charge. Mailboxes on your own domain are added per mailbox; what they cost depends on your package.

Or € 999 per year, which saves you € 189.
For a site your customers rely on: daily backups, a same-working-day response, and a report every month.
Custom
From € 200 per month
Need something that fits neither package? Tell us what it is, we will think it through with you, and you get an amount up front.
- All amounts exclude VAT and apply per website.
- If you want more changed than your package covers, we charge € 85 per hour, rounded up to the quarter hour, with a quarter hour as the minimum.
- Larger changes are not charged by the hour: you get a price up front and pay for what you get, just like for your website itself.
- Prices are indexed annually on 1 January.

Domain registration does not include the cost of a premium domain. We visit in person when necessary, for a presentation or an introduction. What goes into a custom package is agreed case by case.

Frequently asked questions.
Can you take over my existing website?
No. With a website we did not build ourselves, we do not know exactly how it has been put together, which technologies and integrations it uses, or what changes have been made in the past. That means we cannot properly guarantee how it works or how reliable it is. So we would rather build a new website that we know inside out and can maintain.
Do I have to host my website with you?
No, you don't have to. We only host and maintain websites we have built ourselves. Want to host the website we built somewhere else? Then you simply get the source code. Bear in mind that from that moment on, our maintenance service, guarantee and associated response times no longer apply. Once you have left, we are not responsible for changes, outages or other problems that arise outside our environment.
How quickly do you respond when something breaks?
On the Basic package, we respond within two working days on average. With the Business package, we respond the same working day if you report the fault before 15:00. If something is down, check our status page first. If the problem is listed there, we are aware of it and are working on a solution.
What counts as a small change?
A small change is an adjustment to existing content. Think of changing a piece of text, replacing a photo, or updating opening hours or contact details. The included changes do not roll over. Whatever you do not use in a month lapses at the end of that month. Larger changes or new features are of course possible too. For those, we give you a separate quote up front.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel the subscription by email, with one month's notice. Your domain name and website remain yours. When our collaboration ends, you receive the parts you are entitled to. Exactly what applies when the collaboration ends is clearly set out in our terms.
