How it goes
From question to clickable design.
For a website of a few pages, we usually count on two to three weeks. You stay involved throughout, so together we work step by step towards the end result.

Setting the goal
We map out who your visitors are, what they need and what you want to achieve with the website. Think of getting in touch, making an enquiry or building trust.

The structure
We start with the layout of the website, without colour or visual details. We decide which screens are needed, what information goes on them and how everything fits together logically.

Next, we fully work out the chosen structure. Every screen is designed for the right devices, from mobile to desktop.

Clicking through and refining
You receive a clickable prototype that lets you experience the website before anything is built. Where needed, we test with people who do not know your business yet, and use those insights to sharpen the design further.

You receive all the designed screens, the design system and the accompanying Figma files. That gives you everything you need to have the website developed or to keep using the design yourself.

What it costs.
The price depends on the size and complexity of the design. A five-page website calls for something different than an extensive portal that users work in every day. Based on what we discuss together, you receive a clear, fixed price up front. That way you know exactly where you stand.
Are we building the website as well? Then the design is included in the total price of the website.

Is the design already included in the price of a website?
Yes. If we build the website as well, the design is part of the total price. So you do not pay twice for the same design work.
What exactly do I get delivered?
You receive a link to the clickable prototype, all the finished screens and the accompanying Figma file. As soon as the final invoice is paid, these files are yours. That way you can always carry on with them, even if you later have someone else handle the development.
Do you test the design with real users?
Where relevant, we test the design with three to five people who do not know your business yet. They are exactly the people who quickly show where users get stuck, hesitate or miss information. We use those insights to improve the design further.
Do you also design for apps?
Yes. We can design the screens and interactions for both iOS and Android, including the different situations that come with an app, such as loading, offline use and empty screens. We develop websites and web applications ourselves. For a native app, we deliver a complete design that a specialised app developer can start on straight away.
