This page explains what information this website keeps about you and what we do with it.

Who we are

This website is owned by Lucky Vision. We are responsible for the personal data processed through this site.

If you have any questions about your data, feel free to email or call us. You can find our contact details on the contact page and at the bottom of every page. We reply within one working day.

What we record

We use Google Analytics 4, but only if you agree to it. If you have not made a choice yet, or if you said no, Google Analytics is not loaded and we do not measure anything. In that case, no data is sent from your browser to Google.

If you do agree, we share which page you are viewing, how you found the site (through a search engine, a link or by going there directly), your approximate country and region, and the type of device and browser you use.

Your IP address is only used to estimate your location and is then deleted. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses, and we never see yours. As with any website, your IP address does reach our web server, because that is how the page gets to you. We do not store it there.

We do not use a visitor counter, advertising pixels, our own tracking scripts or fingerprinting. We have turned off Google's advertising features, so we do not create audiences and we do not share anything with ad networks.

Apart from that, we only receive information that you send us yourself, for example through the contact form, by email or over the phone. You can read what we do with it further down this page.

Why we measure this

We want to know which pages people read and which they skip, so we can make targeted improvements to the site. We do not need any more information than that, so we do not ask for more.

If you say no, the site works exactly the same. You will not miss anything and nothing is hidden from you. We will only ask again once your choice is six months old.

Legal basis

For Google Analytics, we ask for your consent, based on article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act and article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. We ask for it in advance, and you can withdraw it at any time. You will find the button for this further down the page.

For the necessary cookies, we rely on legitimate interest. They are needed to make the site work and to keep forms secure. These cookies do not keep any information about you and do not track you.

The contact form is also based on legitimate interest: when you send us a message, we want to be able to reply.

Cookies

Which cookies are set depends on your choice. Three cookies are necessary. We use them for the admin area, for form security and to remember your choice. We do not need your consent for these, because the site needs them to work. The other two belong to Google Analytics and are only set if you give your consent.

Name Purpose Retention
lv_session Keeps track of your session when you are logged in to the admin area. Until you close your browser
XSRF-TOKEN Protects forms against misuse from other websites. 2 hours
lv_consent Remembers whether you agreed to measurement, so we do not have to ask you again on every page. 6 months
_ga Google Analytics cookie. Recognises your browser on a later visit, so two of your visits are not counted as two different visitors. Only set with your consent. 2 years
_ga_64L56P116Y Google Analytics cookie. Keeps track of what you do during your current visit. Only set with your consent. 2 years

Your choice

You can change your choice at any time. If you withdraw your consent, we stop measuring straight away and remove the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.

You have not made a choice here yet.

The contact form

Messages sent through the contact form go directly from your browser to Web3Forms, which forwards them to us by email. We do not store messages in a database of our own. They are only kept in our mailbox, like any other email.

We only use your details to reply to you, and we never sell them. Web3Forms has its own privacy policy, which you can read at web3forms.com.

Who we share data with

  • Google Ireland Limited processes the analytics data for us, but only if you have given your consent. Google may transfer data to Google LLC in the United States. This happens under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
  • Web3Forms sends messages from the contact form to our mailbox by email.
  • Hostinger is our hosting provider. The server this site runs on is hosted by them.

We do not share data with anyone else. We do not sell it, trade it or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

In Google Analytics, we have set the retention period to 2 months for event data and 14 months for user data. After that, Google deletes the data. What remains are general reports that cannot be traced back to you.

We remember your cookie choice for six months. After that, we will ask you again.

We keep messages from the contact form in our mailbox for as long as needed: while we are in touch, and afterwards for as long as our records require. If you would like us to delete your message, just let us know and we will.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • see what personal data we hold about you;
  • have your data corrected or deleted;
  • object to how it is used, or have its use restricted;
  • receive your data in a common file format;
  • withdraw your consent to measurement, without having to give a reason.

If you want to use any of these rights, email or call us. You can find our contact details on the contact page. We reply within one working day and will handle your request within a month.

If we cannot resolve it together, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Security

The whole site runs over a secure HTTPS connection, and the admin area is protected with two-factor authentication. Only our own scripts, or scripts we have deliberately allowed, can run on the site. That way, a security breach somewhere else cannot easily spy on this page.

We also keep as little data as possible. Data we do not keep cannot be leaked.

Changes

If anything important changes in what we record, we will update this page and the date at the top. If we want to start measuring something you have not agreed to yet, we will ask you first.
